The Limoncello Spritz is a delightful combination of limoncello, prosecco, and soda that will transport you to an Italian lemon grove.
Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Pour over the limoncello
- Top up with the prosecco and soda.
- Stir with a long spoon
- Garnish with the thyme sprig.

- 2 parts organic Limencello Liqueur
- 1 part soda water
