The Old Dairy Kitchen, run by chef Chris Onions, is an educational kitchen and community dining space based on Trill Farm in East Devon. It is a small independently-run restaurant and a cookery school. Chris and the team also serve weekly meals and produce a range of products using ingredients from the farm’s cultivated and wild larder.
